Jacob Wessel
Idaho Falls attorney Jacob Wessel became a partner and shareholder of the firm in January 2012. Jake primarily represents plaintiffs who have suffered discrimination in the workplace based upon their race, religion, age, disability, or national origin. Jake was lead counsel in several court and jury trials in state and federal courts in Idaho, successfully proving violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other state and federal statutes. He also settled many federal and state employment law cases short of trial.
In addition to employment law, Jake also litigates personal injury claims, contract disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, bad faith insurance claims, commercial litigation and domestic matters.
