Richard R. Friess
Richard R. Friess joined the firm in May, 2008 after serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David C. Nye in Pocatello, Idaho, and became a partner in the firm in January, 2014. In Idaho Falls Attorney Richard R. Friess focuses his practice on general and commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice defense, employment law, and criminal defense.
Richard has represented clients ranging from local physicians and individuals to state-wide and multi-national corporations. While a member of the firm Richard also acted as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Fremont County from February, 2013 through November, 2013, handling juvenile criminal matters and general misdemeanor cases.
